Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:

Manage the procurement process from request to payment.

Monitor stock and inventory to ensure efficient levels for operations.

Analyze material movements to identify potential overstock or shortages.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely delivery.

Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers, including price and delivery negotiations.

Prepare and maintain supply chain documents, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory reports.

Analyze supply chain data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Contribute to demand and production planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.

Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems is an advantage.

Willing to travel for work purposes.

Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is a plus.
