We launched Regenesis at Mido, Milan in February 2025. We gained immense interest from major brands in the industry, signing more than 70 LOIs in one week with all the largest companies, including Safilo, Marchon, Inspecs, Luxottica, and others, who confirmed they want to adopt our materials.

About the Role:
As Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations for PANGEA, ensuring a seamless flow of materials, components, and finished goods from suppliers to customers. You will play a key role in setting up and managing our new Tangerang office, coordinating closely with our third-party manufacturers, and supporting internal production activities at the PANGEA Innovation Center. This role requires strong operational leadership, supplier management, and hands-on logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors for components, materials, and finished goods to support new product development and production needs.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supply terms to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, including our third-party manufacturer partners.
2. Purchasing & Order Management
- Manage all purchase orders for outsourced finished goods and internally produced components.
- Oversee price and terms negotiation, prepare purchase documentation (Purchase Orders, tech packs, and contracts), and coordinate payment processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate order placement aligned with production and sales forecasts.
3. Production Coordination & Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate with suppliers and third-party manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate production schedules.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Material Production to align supply and production needs, resolve operational issues, and maintain production efficiency.
- Support the internal production activities at the PANGEA Innovation Center when needed.
4. Quality Control (QC) Management
- Manage third-party inspection companies to conduct quality checks on finished goods and components.
- Establish and monitor QC standards to ensure product consistency and prevent defects before shipment.
5. Inbound Logistics Management
- Plan and manage inbound shipments from suppliers to multiple warehouse locations.
- Oversee customs clearance, import duties, shipping modes, and cost-performance evaluations of logistics providers.
- Ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and documentation compliance.
6. Import–Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and manage all import/export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
7. Outbound Logistics Supervision
- Ensure on-time, in-budget delivery to fulfillment centers and customers across all channels (online, retail, consignment, wholesale).
- Oversee coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) partners for domestic and international deliveries.
8. Inventory Planning & Control
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouses and production sites.
- Manage SKU and EAN code systems and ensure synchronization with our inventory management platform.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, analyze stock movements, and forecast replenishment needs to prevent stockouts.
9. Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) & Reporting
- Collaborate with the Bookkeeper to provide monthly inventory movement data for accurate COGS and asset valuation.
- Maintain up-to-date BOM (Bill of Materials) and other production cost documents.
10. Office & Operations Setup in Tangerang
- Lead the setup and organization of the new Supply Chain & Logistics office in Tangerang.
- Establish efficient operational workflows, inventory systems, and communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
