Daily management assistance: Accurately plan the general manager's daily schedule, including production inspections, client receptions, inter-departmental meetings, etc.; organize weekly production meetings and monthly summary meetings, responsible for agenda preparation, minutes writing, and tracking the implementation of decisions such as equipment maintenance and material replenishment, providing weekly progress updates. Coordinate the connection between the workshop, warehouse, and human resources administrative departments, such as cross-departmental scheduling to solve material shortages during production, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.
2. Internal and external communication coordination: Synchronize the instructions of the Chinese management team to the local team leaders in Indonesia, collect feedback from workshop employees on production processes and working conditions, and report it up; coordinate with local raw material suppliers on delivery schedules, handle simple quality objections; assist in responding to routine inquiries from the local labor department, organizing compliance proof materials.
3. Administrative support: Draft notices for production plan adjustments, employee reward and punishment announcements, etc., archive quarterly production reports and equipment maintenance records; assist in checking attendance of workshop and office staff, compile the list of full attendance awards for the month, coordinate the distribution of festival benefits; summarize the daily production report every week, analyze basic data such as equipment utilization rate and material loss rate.
4. Temporary tasks: Accompany the general manager to inspect the workshop temporarily, translate technical communication content; handle emergencies, such as temporarily arranging vehicles to pick up repair personnel, coordinating overtime meals, etc., to ensure the continuity of production.
