Job Description:
- Acting as the Business Consultant for every projects assigned (IIOT, Smart Manufacturing, Forestry, Agriculture, etc)
- Conduct As-Is analysis and Gap Analysis of the business, organization, metrics, processes, and systems involved in ongoing projects, and deliver Business Requirements Documents (BRD) in English.
- Design To-Be solutions based on the impact of ongoing systems on client organizational change, drive client organizational transformation to align with the application of new systems and equipment in the production process, and analyze improvements in key business metrics.
- Develop and execute Change Impact Assessments, identify skill gaps in positions, and collaborate with HR to formulate training plans.
- Track requirement implementation and business value validation, and drive continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Forestry Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in corporate digital transformation projects, with involvement in at least one organizational change-related project implementation.
- Prior work experience with a Leading Management or Business Consulting firm is highly preferred
- Ability to summarize requirements analysis methodologies and provide clear, experience-based approaches to key business points and challenges in the business analysis process.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong stress resistance, adaptable to frequent short- and long-term business trips and field research.
