HR Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's long-term vision and business goals.
  • Talent Management:
    Lead full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition to attract and retain top-performing professionals across business divisions.
  • Performance & Development:
    Oversee performance management systems, learning & development frameworks, and succession planning initiatives to build organizational capability.
  • Employee Relations:
    Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities to promote a positive and high-performing work culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    Supervise payroll administration, benefits management, and ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor regulations and occupational health and safety standards across all entities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Partner closely with business leaders to provide HR insights and strategic support for growth initiatives in mining, property, and F&B sectors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Psychology, Management
    , or a related discipline.
  • Minimum
    5 years of HR management experience
    , ideally in diversified industries or within a holding group structure.
  • Strong understanding of
    Indonesian labor laws
    , HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record in
    talent acquisition, employee engagement
    , and
    organizational development
    .
  • Excellent
    leadership, interpersonal, and communication
    skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with multi-sector business priorities.
