Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative functions related to sales and collections, acting as a liaison between frontline teams and executive leadership.
  • Manage business operations and organizational activities in alignment with company policies and strategic directives.
  • Implement decisions made during board meetings at the operational level.
  • Take ownership of KPI tracking and drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Lead and mentor local managers to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
  • Administer vehicle insurance enrollments and claims.
  • Handle BPKB processing, fiduciary registration, and related administrative tasks.
  • Manage documentation for loan agreements.
  • Develop and oversee budget planning and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor progress toward strategic objectives and report outcomes to Japanese management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); Japanese language skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales and collection operations within the multi-finance sector.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with excellent relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure with a resilient and assertive personality.
