Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate administrative functions related to sales and collections, acting as a liaison between frontline teams and executive leadership.
- Manage business operations and organizational activities in alignment with company policies and strategic directives.
- Implement decisions made during board meetings at the operational level.
- Take ownership of KPI tracking and drive continuous operational improvements.
- Lead and mentor local managers to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
- Administer vehicle insurance enrollments and claims.
- Handle BPKB processing, fiduciary registration, and related administrative tasks.
- Manage documentation for loan agreements.
- Develop and oversee budget planning and financial forecasting.
- Monitor progress toward strategic objectives and report outcomes to Japanese management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales and collection operations within the multi-finance sector.
- Demonstrated business acumen with excellent relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure with a resilient and assertive personality.
