Role Description

This is a contract role for an on-site HRGA (Human Resources and General Affairs) Manager located in Pulogadung. The HRGA Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. The role will also involve handling general affairs such as office maintenance, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations. Additionally, the HRGA Manager will play a key part in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace regulations, compliance, and general administration practices.
  • Vendor management, office maintenance, and organizational infrastructure capabilities.
  • Leadership, team management, and the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace.
  • Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
