Engineering Frozenland Supervisor (HVAC & Refrigeration)

Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair tasks of HVAC & refrigeration systems on Frozenland projects.
- Project Planning: Assists in project planning, establishing work methods and procedures, and creating work schedules
- Budget Management: Assists in preparing operational and capital budgets, as well as prioritizing expenditures to meet budget.
- Technical Leadership: Organizes and adjusts work methods to meet project targets, and improve equipment performance and work quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of electronics ,Mechanical and Hvac & Refri Engineering from reputable University.
- Having min. 3 years of experience.
- fluent in english both oral and written
- Professional personality with excellent Leadership and Communication skills
- Availability to travel company activities
