- Inspect sites regularly to identify issues & maintenance
- Create preventive maintenance schedule and perform preventive maintenance
- Coordinate manpower for machine maintenance
- Train maintenance technician for any reparations
- Report to Production Leader & Plant Manager for maintenance progress & completion
- Follow up maintenance working order to User
- Oversee all repairs and ensure all completed on time
- Conduct all activities related to maintenance & repairment
- Ensure proper equipment storage
- Evaluate maintenance personnel performance acoording to KPI
- Maintain QMS, EMS, and OH & SMS Implementation
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Educational background in Technician or related fields
- 3-5 years of professional experiences (Maintenance Leader / Supervisor)
- API 5CT, API 5L, 1SO 9001 : 14001 : 45001
- Manufacturing machine repairment and machines for OCTG Products
- SAP, Reporting, Excellent written and verbal communications in English & Bahasa
- Manage large teams, multitasking, time management skills
- Interpersonal skills, attention to details, good problem solving
