Key Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented
Business Development Manager
to drive Dearpetz's growth through strategic partnerships. You will be the spearhead in building a trusted ecosystem within the pet industry.
- Develop Key Partnerships:
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with
Veterinary Clinics
,
Pet Shops/Retailers
, and other
Pet Service Providers
(Grooming, Training). - Influencer Management:
Build and manage a network of partnerships with
Pet Influencers
and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase brand reach and user acquisition. - Market Expansion:
Analyze new market opportunities and implement go-to-market strategies through effective partnerships.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum
3 years
of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in the Technology (SaaS/App) or Pet Industry. - Possess an extensive network and deep understanding of the pet industry ecosystem in
Jabodetabek/Indonesia
. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Goal-oriented (partnership & revenue targets) and possess strong pipeline management capabilities.
- A strong passion for both pets and AI technology is a significant advantage.
