Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Engineering (Occupational Health and Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent).
Possesses a valid General K3 Certificate or Basic Safety Certificate (BNSP / Kemnaker).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction projects, preferably with exposure to Data Center or high-tech building projects.
Good understanding of basic risk assessment, hazard identification, and permit system.
Able to conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety observations.
Disciplined, communicative, and able to work effectively in a multinational team environment.
Knowledgeable in PPE usage, electrical safety, hot work, working at height, and fire prevention systems.
Able to prepare daily or inspection reports in a structured manner (manual or digital).
