Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Human Capital strategies (manpower planning, performance management, employee engagement).
- Manage
Industrial Relations
, including CLA negotiations, dispute resolution, and positive union relationships. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and government policies.
- Oversee
General Affairs
: company assets, facility management, licensing, security, and OHS (K3). - Supervise end-to-end HR administration: recruitment, contracts, transfers, terminations.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to management on people-related matters.
- Lead and develop the IRGA team.
- Manage IRGA operational budget effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management (Master's Degree is a plus).
- Minimum
7-10 years of relevant experience
in Human Capital with at least
3-5 years in managerial role
. - Strong knowledge of labor law, industrial relations processes, and HR operations.
- Proven experience in employee relations, dispute management, and union negotiation.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong operational management experience in
General Affairs
and budget control. - High integrity, assertive, and excellent communication across all levels.
- Willing to be placed in East Java area, including but not limited to Surabaya, Gresik, Pasuruan, Jombang, and other locations as required.
