Job Desc:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients by understanding their business objectives and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide relevant IT solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, conduct solution presentations, and lead contract negotiations to close mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, and support) to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive account growth through up-selling and cross-selling of IT services and products based on evolving client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Sales Support, or a similar role — preferably in the IT or Managed Services industry.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in reporting and documentation
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging B2B clients
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized in handling client requests and internal coordination
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Domiciled in Yogyakarta
  • Has proficient English communication skills
