Job Role:

Overall responsible for the day-to-day quality activities of lamination process, safety, product quality, training, claim handling, waste management & monitor daily records.

Job Description:

  • Establish CIQ points & monitor it.
  • Implement QA/ QM matrix to maintain consistent product quality & drive continous improvement initiative.
  • Lead the analysis of customer complaints and customer feedback, provide timely analysis reports and drive action initiatives.
  • Set weekly, monthly & yearly targets for wastage against each defect & conduct in depth analysis & improvement plan to reduce it.
  • Inline process inspection, proactively reduce the quality incident, conduct post incident analysis & implement preventive measures.
  • Defect handling & review effectiveness of CAPA.
  • Define effective quality problem solving & root cause analysis.
  • Responsible for implementation and follow-up of procedures, work instructions, one point lessons.
  • Actively participation in the implementation of Company improvement system (LCI)
  • Ensure sucessful fulfillment of audits from customers & other auditing agency.
  • Participate in any other tasks assigned by direct supervisor, on time with good quality and results.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in the extrusion process, preferably in a role focused on process or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical expertise in polymer extrusion, particularly with materials such as LDPE, mLLDPE, and EEA/EEMA, is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across different functions and levels within the organization.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), particularly for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Kaizen. Experience implementing these systems in a production environment is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver comprehensive reports that support decision-making and operational improvement.
