Job Role
The client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Mandarin-speaking Channel Sales Manager to join their global, and dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional who has a passion for sales and a desire to work closely with clients to build and manage effective sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Channel Development and Management: Work closely with clients to establish, build, and manage sales channels. Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively strategizing according to company goals and market trends.
- Strategic Planning: Align channel distribution targets with the company's strategy and market situation. This includes distribution through various channels such as counters, doorsteps, boutiques, etc.
- Relationship Building: Build trusted advisor relationships with partners by understanding their local strategies and business needs.
- Skill Specialization: Demonstrate expertise in fundamental business skills such as sales (including production and sales), returns, distribution, display, sales support, main promotions, customer service, and market feedback.
Candidate Requirements
Background:
Sales experiences in India within consumer electronics industry; or
Working experiences in handling VIVO or OPPO in any country
Educational Qualification: A full-time undergraduate degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales-related experience in consumer electronics enterprises, specially mobile phones.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and Mandarin on professional and business level.
- Technical Skills: Excellent customer negotiation skills, adept in sales target and channel management, sales team management, and experience in promoting peak season products.
- Personal Attributes: Result-oriented with strong execution skills, ability to handle external pressures, proficient in cross-departmental communication.
- Flexibility: Willingness to accept long-term overseas assignments.
