Responsibilities- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify learning needs based on performance reviews, manager feedback, and company strategy.
- Program Design & Implementation: Design curriculum, training materials, and learning methods (offline, online, blended learning). Organize training schedules, facilitators, and participants. Manage external vendors when necessary.
- Employee Development: Develop onboarding programs for new hires. Create career development, leadership training, and management trainee programs.
- Evaluation & Monitoring: Assess training effectiveness using models such as Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels. Provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge Management: Manage company Learning Management System (LMS) or other learning platforms. Create engaging learning content (e-learning modules, videos, guides).
- Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with department heads to support team development. Provide insights for talent development and succession planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Work experience requirements: 2–4 years in L&D.
- Strong understanding of the training cycle (TNA → Design → Delivery → Evaluation).
- Experience in managing training budgets and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create interactive training materials.
- Strong analytical skills to measure training ROI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
