About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager specializing in Learning & Development (L&D) to design, implement, and oversee employee training and development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in building organizational capability, enhancing employee skills, and supporting career growth to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement learning and development strategies that support the company's vision and goals.
Conduct training needs analysis across departments and create annual training plans.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Partner with department heads and senior leaders to identify skill gaps and career development needs.
Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Measure and report on training effectiveness, ROI, and employee performance improvements.
Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives.
Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate innovative L&D methods.
Supervise and mentor the HR L&D team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Learning & Development.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to influence and drive change.
