Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Central Cikarang for an Assistant Manager - Mandarin Speaker at Yadea Indonesia. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, assisting in business development, and ensuring smooth communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. The role includes overseeing project management, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and providing support to the management team. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Experience in project management and business development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
