We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor HR Construction to support our project-based operations in installation, service, and construction.

This role plays a key part in managing both head office and site-level HR processes — from recruitment to payroll — ensuring smooth HR operations for all project teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main HR contact for both project site and head office teams.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for project-based and permanent employees based on manpower planning and project duration.
  • Manage employee contracts, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding in accordance with project timelines.
  • Administer and process payroll accurately and on time, including project-based staff and site workers.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, disciplinary actions, and employee movement at project sites.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records, including data for audits and ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Head Office HR team to ensure proper manpower allocation and compliance.
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and support HR-related reports, audits, and employee relations activities.
  • Support other HR functions, including employee engagement and HR improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably within construction or project-based industries.
  • Proven experience handling payroll and site/project HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment for project manpower, and payroll calculation processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willing to travel to and supervise HR activities at project sites when needed.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office (Cikarang, Jawa Barat).
