This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong cross-functional management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management


• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings


• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses


• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities


• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders for financial reviews

  • Tax Compliance


• Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory tax returns (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax)


• Maintain compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and liaise with tax consultants or authorities


• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions

  • Audit & Internal Controls


• Lead financial audits and ensure documentation accuracy


• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets

  • Administrative Oversight


• Supervise general office administration including procurement, vendor management, and facilities


• Ensure HR documentation compliance in collaboration with regional HR


• Support contractor operational setup


• Act as Person-In-Charge (PIC) for all statutory government online portals

  • Reporting & Systems


• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., M3) and ensure data integrity


• Support finance and admin process improvements


• Assist Singapore finance team with GL mapping and AR/AP data entries


• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company


• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations


• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite


• Fluent in English
