Job Desc:
- Design and implement learning & development programs, including training evaluation and competency mapping.
- Support performance management cycles, from KPI setting to appraisal tracking and insights reporting.
- Assist in talent development initiatives and contribute to organizational structure updates, job analysis, and provide coordination support for people-related projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Min 2 years of experience in L&D, performance management, or organizational development.
- Strong attention to detail and data handling skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Growth mindset with a passion for people development and continuous improvement.
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci – Tangerang
