Job Desc:

  • Design and implement learning & development programs, including training evaluation and competency mapping.
  • Support performance management cycles, from KPI setting to appraisal tracking and insights reporting.
  • Assist in talent development initiatives and contribute to organizational structure updates, job analysis, and provide coordination support for people-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Min 2 years of experience in L&D, performance management, or organizational development.
  • Strong attention to detail and data handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Growth mindset with a passion for people development and continuous improvement.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawaci – Tangerang
