Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily IT operations support for warehouse systems and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to implement and validate new system features or process updates
  • Lead root cause analysis of recurring system issues and propose actionable solutions.
  • Supervise documentation of system problems, user feedback, and system usage pattern.
  • Initiate and manage improvement projects aimed at Company KPI (e.g increasing efficiency, reducing manual work, or minimizing operational risks)
  • Support user training, SOP creation, and rollout of new tools or processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Maintain structured communication and alignment between warehouse operations, product teams, and other departments.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress of improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the IT Operations & Improvement function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, system support, or process improvement — preferably in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience in cross-department collaboration (e.g., working with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or similar operational systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven leadership ability — able to guide and motivate team members effectively.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
