Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily IT operations support for warehouse systems and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to implement and validate new system features or process updates
- Lead root cause analysis of recurring system issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Supervise documentation of system problems, user feedback, and system usage pattern.
- Initiate and manage improvement projects aimed at Company KPI (e.g increasing efficiency, reducing manual work, or minimizing operational risks)
- Support user training, SOP creation, and rollout of new tools or processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Maintain structured communication and alignment between warehouse operations, product teams, and other departments.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress of improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the IT Operations & Improvement function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, system support, or process improvement — preferably in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience in cross-department collaboration (e.g., working with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams).
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or similar operational systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven leadership ability — able to guide and motivate team members effectively.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
