Responsibilities

Monitor system and network availability on a daily basis.
Handle and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure, security, and performance.
Prepare monthly reports on infrastructure status, assets, and operational issues.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure IT system stability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Background in network and infrastructure management.
Proficiency in FortiGate Firewall configuration.
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Understanding of API integration and system connectivity.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
