Role Summary

Lead the finance function to ensure liquidity, profitability, compliance and support growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Financial strategy & planning: lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑term financial plans and capital allocation.
  • Accounting & reporting: ensure accurate, timely financial statements and month/quarter/year-end close.
  • Treasury & cash management: manage cash flow, bank relationships, working capital (AR/AP/inventory).
  • Cost control & food costing: oversee recipe costing, inventory control, vendor negotiations and waste reduction.
  • FP&A & performance: provide management reports, KPIs (sales/store, food cost%, labor%, EBITDA/store) and variance analysis.
  • Controls & compliance: maintain internal controls, tax and regulatory compliance; manage audits.
  • Systems & automation: improve ERP/POS/inventory integrations and financial reporting automation.
  • Leadership: manage finance team, set KPIs, mentor staff; collaborate with operations, marketing and development.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA or professional qualification (CPA/CA) preferred.
  • 10+ years finance experience, with 5+ years in senior/finance leadership; experience in multi‑unit F&B or retail strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, costing, ERP/POS, Excel and BI tools.
