Job Description
- Developing and executing creative content ideas for multiple platforms (social media, website, campaigns).
- Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics, reels, etc.) with relevant tone and style, while adhering to brand/internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm, establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify solutions for content-related challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and content trends to produce engaging materials.
- Develop UGC-style concepts and scripts based on brand briefs (testimonials, unboxing, reviews, product demos, POV videos, etc.)
- Produce content end-to-end: filming, voice-over recording, and basic editing.
- Deliver content with a natural, organic feel that resonates with the target audience.
- Apply storytelling techniques to ensure the content feels genuine rather than overly promotional.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok/Reels trends and short-form content formats.
- Submit raw footage and final versions on time.
- Maintain consistent quality in lighting, audio, framing, and overall production.
Requirements :
- Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
- video editing skills
- Strong understanding of TikTok/IG content styles and trends.
- Able to follow briefs and respond quickly to feedback.
- Strong interest and skills in social media & digital content creation.
- Good communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
