- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive and consistent updates.
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
- Support daily operational tasks, including data validation, report tracking, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate seamless communication between Mapclub and store operations teams, when applicable.
Prepare and distribute regular progress and performance reports to management.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in account management, client service, or project coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM/reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
