  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive and consistent updates.
  • Respond to client inquiries, requests, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support daily operational tasks, including data validation, report tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between Mapclub and store operations teams, when applicable.
  • Prepare and distribute regular progress and performance reports to management.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in account management, client service, or project coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM/reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • English is a must
