Responsibilities
- Support project managers and delivery teams in setting up, tracking, and closing ITSEC Academy's projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, MoMs, deliverables, resource logs, and client communications.
- Assist in tracking milestones, timelines, and action items to ensure timely delivery and issue escalation where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and cybersecurity-specific requirements in all documentation and workflows.
- Schedule and organize internal and external project meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Legal, Compliance) to support project execution and resource onboarding.
- Identify and raise inefficiencies or risks in the administrative process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or an IT-related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project administration or project support roles.
- Basic understanding of project documentation and governance.
- Proficient with office software and project registration tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willing to learn and support the team.
- Adaptable and proactive in handling tasks.
