Responsibilities

  • Support project managers and delivery teams in setting up, tracking, and closing ITSEC Academy's projects.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, MoMs, deliverables, resource logs, and client communications.
  • Assist in tracking milestones, timelines, and action items to ensure timely delivery and issue escalation where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and cybersecurity-specific requirements in all documentation and workflows.
  • Schedule and organize internal and external project meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Legal, Compliance) to support project execution and resource onboarding.
  • Identify and raise inefficiencies or risks in the administrative process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or an IT-related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project administration or project support roles.
  • Basic understanding of project documentation and governance.
  • Proficient with office software and project registration tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willing to learn and support the team.
  • Adaptable and proactive in handling tasks.
