- Develop and execute export sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end export process including documentation, compliance, logistics, and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product readiness, pricing strategies, and timely delivery.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in export sales, preferably in commodities or food products.
- Proven track record of managing international accounts and driving export growth.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development and client engagement.
