HARD SKILL
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if familiar with Figma and After Effects.
- Skilled in branding, editorial layout design, and digital content (Instagram posts & stories, e-flyers, etc.)
- Good understanding of photography, typography, and color theory
SOFT SKILL
- Deep interest in culture, craftsmanship, and local narratives
- Open to visual exploration and experimental design approaches
- Strong communication and initiative
