Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loyalty Programs Manager located in Yogyakarta. The Loyalty Programs Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer loyalty programs, developing strategies to increase customer retention and engagement, and analyzing program performance. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure the loyalty programs align with the company's goals and objectives.
Qualification :
Min. Bachelor in Marketing or Communication, and other related Major.
Min. 2-3 years Manager Experience or 3-4 years Supervisor Experience on Membership Programs.
Proficiency in System, Application, and Data Analytics.
Possess Leadership, Problem Solving, and Team Development skills // Strong ability in coaching, mentoring, and evaluating team performance.
Creative, Initiative, with willingness to adapt in Retail, Hospitality, and Lifestyle Industry.
