Candidate possesses Education a minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Technology
Certifications related to infrastructure, networking, and security are a plus (MTCNA, CCNA, CEH, CompTIA ITF+, etc.)
Experience in the same position for minimum 1 year in the Retail Industry
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and network
Team player and willing to work under pressure
Willing to work shifts
