Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing, preferably in an outsourcing company.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ensure the fulfillment of manpower needs according to the given deadlines.
- Create and post job vacancies across various platforms.
- Screen and review candidate CVs submitted to the database.
- Contact candidates to participate in the recruitment process.
- Follow up and coordinate with the Employee Relation team.
- Prepare daily candidate calling reports to track recruitment progress
