Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
  • Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing, preferably in an outsourcing company.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-oriented and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the fulfillment of manpower needs according to the given deadlines.
  • Create and post job vacancies across various platforms.
  • Screen and review candidate CVs submitted to the database.
  • Contact candidates to participate in the recruitment process.
  • Follow up and coordinate with the Employee Relation team.
  • Prepare daily candidate calling reports to track recruitment progress
