Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Surabaya. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, coordinating with the customer service team, and ensuring optimal customer experiences. The role also includes monitoring inventory, updating product listings, and managing promotional campaigns.
