Product Innovation & Development Executive

This position is needed for our client in Beauty (Retail) Industry and will be placed in Bintaro, South Tangerang

Responsibilities:

Generate ideas for new or improved skincare and makeup products.
Develop a master plan for new product launches, including concept, specifications, pricing, and target cost.
Manage product development timelines and coordinate with partners to ensure smooth processes.
Work closely with manufacturers and packaging teams to create great formulations and attractive packaging.
Conduct product and market research to support innovation.
Collaborate with brand, marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure product knowledge and communication are aligned.

Requirements:

Experience in product development, R&D, or formulation (internship or full-time) in the beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Passionate about beauty and up to date with local and global beauty trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in developing product concepts, managing timelines, and controlling costs.
Skilled in communication, negotiation, and project management.
Willing to work full-time on-site in Tangerang Selatan.
