Acer Indonesia is looking for a Project Manager (hardware) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure successful project implementation and timely delivery, including resource availability (human, tools, and budget).
Provide effective service solutions to support project delivery.
Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) in line with agreed project timelines.
Control and optimize service-related costs.
Expand service network coverage across regions.
Monitor team performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Industrial).
Minimum 10 years of experience in service delivery for IT hardware or electronics products.
At least 5 years of experience managing nation-wide projects.
Proven project management skills and experience.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a self-driven personality.
