Role Description
This is a contract role for a General Manager - B2B & Media, located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The General Manager will oversee the B2B and media operations, develop and implement business strategies, manage client relationships, lead the sales team, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. The individual will also be responsible for reporting performance metrics and driving growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B operations and media management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Proficiency in business reporting and performance metrics analysis
- Relevant experience in education or language learning services is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
