As a Data Entry Specialist (Contact Management), you will verify and update B2B contact data using LinkedIn and online sources. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and basic English reading skills. Bahasa Indonesia is perfectly fine as long as you can understand and extract the required information.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and verify around ~10k B2B contacts with correct LinkedIn URLs and active phone numbers.
- Confirm each contact's name, company, job title, and location.
- Label phone status (e.g., direct, mobile, desk, company, switchboard, not found, do-not-call).
- Add evidence links or short notes for each verified contact.
- Keep formatting consistent in the provided Google Sheet.
- Flag duplicates, invalid contacts, or job changers.
- Meet daily volume and accuracy goals, and stay responsive on Slack or WhatsApp.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Experience in contact research, data enrichment, or OSINT-style lookup.
- Strong LinkedIn search skills (Boolean, company pages, alumni filters).
- Familiar with tools like Apollo, Skrapp, Google Sheets.
- High accuracy, fast typing, and attention to detail.
- Good written English — enough to understand LinkedIn profiles, websites, and instructions.
- Bahasa Indonesia fluency is perfectly fine; full English fluency is not required.
- Able to follow SOPs and maintain confidentiality (NDA).
Nice-to-Have
- Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce.
- Experience with enrichment platforms (Clay, Clearbit, Lusha, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of regex or Google Sheets formulas for data cleaning.
Compensation Scheme
The project begins with a 1-week paid pilot with fixed daily targets. After that, payment is per verified record, with weekly payouts after QA approval. The full project runs for about 3–4 weeks with the top 2 performers.
