Assistant / Designer — Home Fragrance Manufacturer

We are a creative home fragrance company specializing in candles, diffusers, and other scent experiences. Our work blends craftsmanship, design, and storytelling to create sensory pieces that elevate spaces.

We're looking for a multitalented Assistant / Designer to join our team.
This role combines creative design work with operational and administrative support — perfect for someone who loves both visual creation and hands-on involvement in a growing lifestyle brand.

Design Duties

• Create product mockups, pitch decks, packaging (sticker & box) designs, and marketing visuals.
• Develop creative assets that align with the brand's visual identity and tone.
• Collaborate with the team to translate ideas and feedback into design deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready files for printing and suppliers.

Assistant Duties

• Explore and maintain leads for potential retail, wholesale, and collaboration opportunities.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely production and sourcing.
• Stay in contact with stores carrying our products, assisting with restocks and display needs.
• Assist the director with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Help coordinate logistics, samples, and small-scale production planning.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Interest or passion for fragrance, design, or lifestyle branding is a strong plus.
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal) preferred.

• Experience in packaging or product design.
• Familiarity with social media content creation.
• Knowledge of printing processes and materials.
