  • Provide full administration support to the Project Team and Company to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Develop forms in Excel and Word, presentations (under guidance for content) in PowerPoint, formatting Reports and Documents. Generally this will be in English Language and Indonesian or dual as required.
  • Maintain records for Projects, Staff and assist in their requirements; rosters, filing and general office operations, etc.
  • Communications and coordination with Staff for Administrative and any other works assigned. All tasks required for running the business as may be requested.
  • Maintain and support the Company Permits and their renewal process to ensure none expire.
  • Keep track of project action list items, deadlines, etc. and advise the Project Manager, relevant Management Team members until actions are closed out.
  • Take accurate Minutes of Meetings; prioritizing discussion points in the MoM with actions and dates. Generally this will be in the English language.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, expense claims, related administration, etc.
  • Perform data-entry, recording, printing, and filing duties.
  • Assist in the coordination and maintenance of the Office; manage OB's duties, Office, services, reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving office items and services to be purchased (when requested).
  • Manage staff timesheets to support the invoice documentation.
  • Site work as part of Project Management team may be offered. Full compliance with all Resindo systems & procedures is required the same as office work.
