Degree in Law, Human Resources Management , or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial HR, Industrial Relations, employee relations role, preferably in Manufacturing/Plantation sector
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in using HR information/Management systems and Data analysis tools
Willing to be placed at PT ANDALAN MANIS SEJAHTERA (Member of Samora Group) Marunda Site, North Bekasi.
Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Representing the company in negotiations and discussions with Unions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture
- Monitoring changes in employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance
- Planning, Implementating, Facilitating, Monitoring and Evaluating of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Programs, Company Internal Programs and Employee Engagement Programs.
