PT Mamame Whole Foods is a rapidly growing food manufacturing company focused on producing high‑quality, innovative, and sustainable snack products. We are looking for a Production Food Supervisor with strong experience in chips or snack production to join our dynamic team and support daily operations in our Sentul factory.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and waste reduction.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills.
- Supervise daily production activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency standards are achieved.
- Monitor and control the NG (non‑good) rate and analyze machine capacity, downtime, and OEE.
- Support production planning and coordinate between departments.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment in compliance with company and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to maintain product quality and resolve production issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (engineering or food technology acceptable).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in snack or chips production.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑coordination skills.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, safety regulations, and GMP/HACCP/ISO systems.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with FSSC, BRCGS, ISO 22000, and HACCP systems is preferred.
- Proficient in English (written and oral).
- Willingness to be placed at Sentul, West Java (or designated location).
