We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, Payroll Services (6-Month Maternity Cover). Reporting to the Manager, Payroll Services. This position is based in Indonesia allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service and Delivery team and its' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Team Leaders in overseeing day-to-day payroll operations and processing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Act as a key escalation point to manage and promptly resolve complex operational issues and client challenges
  • Assist in client management and relationship coordination, ensuring a high level of service delivery and satisfaction, especially for critical or high-priority clients
  • Support team performance management, including tracking progress and performance metrics
  • Prepare and maintain regular operational and client reports as required by management
  • Process and support new client implementations and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition
  • Offer guidance and support to payroll Associates and Specialists, reinforcing processes and best practices

  • Not easily influenced by external distractions; demonstrates maturity.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to manage and analyze payroll data effectively.
  • Technologically literate and able to quickly adapt to software/tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Reliable, accurate, able to work independently, and get things done
