- Responsible for the strategy, development, and lifecycle of a product, acting as a bridge between business, technology, and user needs to ensure the product meets market demands and company goals.
- Defining product vision and roadmaps, conducting market research and analyzing customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including engineering and marketing), and overseeing the product's development and successful launch.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager/Product Owner in agile development environments, focusing on managing product development processes.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must
- Proven experience handling the full product development lifecycle and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and manage product development timelines.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., DevOps, Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Optional/Preferred Experience in specific industries or domains, such as Mining Industry, SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or manufacturing.
