We're looking for an experienced and dedicated HRGA Manager to join our team to play a key role in our company and drive organizational growth through excellent strategic HR and GA management.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute HRGA strategies aligned with company goals and long-term business vision
- Lead and manage the HRGA team to support business operations efficiently
- Capable to create a good and responsible corporate culture
- Manage recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Manage compensation and benefits, HR policies, and organizational development initiatives, also oversee payroll, attendance, and compliance
- Supervise General Affairs operations including office administration, facility management, security, logistics, licensing and company assets
- Handling communication with third parties
- Willing to work under pressure and targeted
- Have Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or other related major
- Having experience as HR & GA min. 6 years, at least 4 years in the same positions (maximum age 40 y.o)
- Solid understanding of HR Management, Industrial Relations, and Manpower regulations
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in team
- Capable of operating computer, and using MS Office inc. Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG Industry is a plus
- Mastering or having comprehensive understanding of labor law, Government Regulation on Wages, Omnibus Law, or other related law
