We're looking for an experienced and dedicated HRGA Manager to join our team to play a key role in our company and drive organizational growth through excellent strategic HR and GA management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HRGA strategies aligned with company goals and long-term business vision
  • Lead and manage the HRGA team to support business operations efficiently
  • Capable to create a good and responsible corporate culture
  • Manage recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Manage compensation and benefits, HR policies, and organizational development initiatives, also oversee payroll, attendance, and compliance
  • Supervise General Affairs operations including office administration, facility management, security, logistics, licensing and company assets
  • Handling communication with third parties
  • Willing to work under pressure and targeted
Qualifications
  • Have Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or other related major
  • Having experience as HR & GA min. 6 years, at least 4 years in the same positions (maximum age 40 y.o)
  • Solid understanding of HR Management, Industrial Relations, and Manpower regulations
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in team
  • Capable of operating computer, and using MS Office inc. Word, Excel, etc.
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG Industry is a plus
  • Mastering or having comprehensive understanding of labor law, Government Regulation on Wages, Omnibus Law, or other related law
