We are looking for an
Accounting & General Administration
staff who will be responsible for supporting our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic accounting and finance activities.
- Manage general administrative tasks including procurement and office coordination.
- Understand import process flow — experience in handling import documentation is a plus.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative and reporting needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Mandarin
(mandatory)
— both written and spoken. - Good understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
