Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales-related paperwork, including invoices and purchase orders
  • Manage customer orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update the sales database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least a High School graduate (SMA/SMK)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
