Job Requirement:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician in telecommunication projects, BTS, IPRAN, MW, FO, or network infrastructure.
- Understands installation and testing of network devices (wireless, microwave, BTS, fiber) and able to read technical documents.
- Skilled in using network testing tools, familiar with networking terminology and protocols.
- Detail-oriented, able to work in the field, and willing to be assigned to project locations.
- Possess certifications such as 1 sertifikat First Aid, 1 sertifikat Basic Electrical, HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, or WAH (preferred).
- Possess a valid driver's license (Class A or C).
Job Description:
- Perform technical project activities (installation, configuration, and commissioning of BTS/MW/FTTx equipment) according to specifications.
- Maintain and optimize network performance after installation and provide support to field and technical teams.
- Conduct inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of network devices, and prepare work reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and clients to ensure technical targets and quality standards are achieved.
