The Marketing Manager in the F&B industry plays a critical role in driving brand awareness, increasing customer traffic, and ultimately maximizing revenue for restaurants, Bar, or food product lines.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Implement Comprehensive Marketing Strategies
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Lead the development and execution of engaging promotional campaigns for new menu items, seasonal specials, or events
  • Collaborate closely with the
    Culinary/Product Development
    team for menu releases and the
    Operations
    team to ensure seamless execution of promotions at outlets.
  • Oversee all digital initiatives, including social media strategy (content, engagement, paid ads), email marketing (CRM/database campaigns), and search engine optimization/marketing (SEO/SEM).
  • Develop and implement PR campaigns, build relationships with key media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive coverage and buzz.

Qualifications :

  • Preferred majors include
    Marketing

    Business Administration

    Communication

    Hospitality Management
    , or related fields.
  • 2 to 3+ years
    of progressive experience in marketing roles specifically within the F&B, Hospitality
  • Deep understanding
    of the food and beverage industry.
