The Marketing Manager in the F&B industry plays a critical role in driving brand awareness, increasing customer traffic, and ultimately maximizing revenue for restaurants, Bar, or food product lines.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Marketing Strategies
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Lead the development and execution of engaging promotional campaigns for new menu items, seasonal specials, or events
- Collaborate closely with the
Culinary/Product Development
team for menu releases and the
Operations
team to ensure seamless execution of promotions at outlets. - Oversee all digital initiatives, including social media strategy (content, engagement, paid ads), email marketing (CRM/database campaigns), and search engine optimization/marketing (SEO/SEM).
- Develop and implement PR campaigns, build relationships with key media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive coverage and buzz.
Qualifications :

, or related fields. - 2 to 3+ years
of progressive experience in marketing roles specifically within the F&B, Hospitality - Deep understanding
