The Strategic Management Officer will play a critical role in supporting the President Director by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the organization's goals. This role serves as a key enabler for smooth execution and facilitating decision-making.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. MBA/CFA designation is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in strategic planning roles or project management officer (managerial level) preferably in within multinational corporations.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align operational plans with executive priorities.
- Proactive and highly organized in managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in drafting high-level documents and reports.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities.
- Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive information.
Strong financial and commercial modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with the President Director to define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
- Oversee the execution of high-level projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Draft high-level documents, reports, and presentations for the President Director, representing their interests proactively.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and organizational performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaborative efforts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and integrity.
